This is my first blog and first blog post.  I feel like I am going skinny dippy a bit…and it is exciting. Watch out water!

The vision I have for my blog, my coaching business and well – my life is that I get to make an impact and share

the journey: triumphs, challenges and potholes that is this incredible thing we call life.

To life powerfully, not fearful of failing, being seen, and to be the woman, wife, mother and human being that I am here to be.

When I say powerfully – I don’t mean like Arnie – I mean fully expressed, fully in choice and loving every minute of it.

I invite you to come on the journey with me.  I will share my tips, challenge you, inspire you , and hopefully make you laugh and smile along the way !
